Shipping policy
Being a Consumer first small business, we pride ourselves in quick shipping and fulfillment times.
Please be aware that the times you may note during the checkout process are lead times only and once the price has shipped. Products do need to be packaged and prepared for shipping as well.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is completed, and another email to follow once your order has shipped.
OUR PROMISE TO YOU
Once items are ordered, the fulfillment process will take no longer than 2 business days.
In most cases, Orders placed before 4 PM CST will be shipped out the next business day (Excluding Saturdays and days before a postage holiday)
Please note: Postage issues due to COVID-19 or other postage issues can be outside the realm of our control. Your patience is appreciated if this becomes an issue. We deal with these things ourselves, as well.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Flat rate shipping: We carry a flat rate shipping charge of 20$ for desktop humidors only. Shipping for these items exceeds our flat rate, and this is our way of helping eating some of that with you.
Free shipping: All orders over 50$ qualify for free shipping in the USA only as a thank you for patronizing our store! Again, desktop humidors do not apply to this promotion.
Local pick up
If selected at checkout, you can skip the shipping fees by opting for local pick up.
Local pick up is available at 2020 Belle Chase Highway, Terrytown, LA 70056
Hours for Local Pick up are:
Monday-Thursday: 5PM-9PM
Friday-Sunday: 10AM-7PM

International Shipping
Untouchable Cigars now ships internationally to the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR China, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom.
Please note: International shipping times may take up to 2-6 weeks to be delivered. Once outside of the USA, many things are out of our control. The buyer assumes responsibility and accepts these terms.
If you live outside of the US, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Untouchable Cigars is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@untouchablecigars.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
